WHY TRAIN WITH ANNIE?
I am Annie, and one of the personal trainers at Burgh Healthy Hub! I hold both my Certificates III and IV in Fitness and am currently studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at UTS.
Whether you are just starting out at the gym and need some guidance, returning back after an injury or pregnancy, wanting to try a new style of training, or simply just looking for an extra push of motivation, I am here to support you! Every client I work with receives a customised training program that is designed to meet their specific goals. Whether it be; improving muscle mass, losing fat, gaining strength, improving cardiorespiratory fitness/endurance, flexibility, balance or even a mix of everything.
Using a motivational, realistic and holistic approach, I strongly believe that fitness is not just about the gym, instead forming habits and developing an overall healthier lifestyle. I recommend strategies of injury prevention, mental resilience and nutrition ensuring a comprehensive approach that ensures results. I also believe in the power of consistent support and positive reinforcement.
Whilst my priority is to make sure you are confident and empowered, it is my goal to motivate you and push you beyond your normal comfort zone. Seeing results is always very fulfilling in the gym, all my sessions are designed with progress at the forefront of my mind. However seeing results isnt all about shedding kg’s, seeing your weights improve in lifts, or decreasing your sprint time. For me, the biggest result is seeing the change in confidence, attitude and happiness that comes with exercise.
