Illawarra's first Parkour Competition flips into action

In 2017 Burgh Healthy Hub hosted the Illawarra's first Parkour competition. Parkour instructors Matt Sanderson and Anthony Smith will be judging the event. By definition, parkour is a training discipline using movement, developed from military obstacle training.
